Tvp Meatballs Shawns

4 Servings

1 Cup TVP
1 Beef stock cube
1 Cup water, Boiled
1 Egg
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1 Tsp Soy Sauce

Boil the water and dissolve the stock cube in it. In a large bowl
combine the stock and the TVP, cover with a plate and let sit for at
least 10 mins.

Fluff the TVP and add everything else to the bowl. Mix together
well, and form into meatball size things. Throw them in the freezer
for 10 mins.

Fry them so brown on all sides and serve however you would a meatball.
